Starline Phone Services
 Accessing your Credit Union accounts round-the-clock is easy as picking up the phone. UCU’s Starline Audio Response Service allows you to talk directly to the Credit Union computer from a touch-tone phone with a Personal Identification Number (PIN). You can access a wide variety of important information like account balances, current rates, prior year tax information and loan payments using Starline. It’s just another enhancement UCU has added
to make conducting your financial business that much easier.
It’s simple – just have your account number ready and get ready for Starline to lead you through your transactions.
Here’s how it works...
Dial in using one of the three numbers
- (617) 278-5893 locally
- UCU’s main number at (617) 739-7447 and press option 3
- 1-888-UCU9UCU or 1-888-828-9828 outside of Massachusetts
Access Your Account
- Enter your account number followed by the # key.
- Enter your PIN followed by the # key.
(Note: For first-time users, your PIN will be the last four digits of your Social Security Number, which can be changed at any time)

1. Select an Account to Work With
Choose which account you would like to access.
2. Transfer Funds
Perform share-to share transfers, share-to-loan transfers or request share withdrawal checks or loan add on checks.
3. Receive All Balance
Learn your share, loan or certificate balances.

Follow instructions for each step remembering the following:
- When entering a dollar amount, include cents. ($150.00 is entered 15000 followed by the # sign.)
- To backup to previous entry or question, press the * key.
- To backup to the previous menu listing, press the # key.
NOTE: Remember, for our members’ own protection, Credit Union Representatives do not disclose share balance amounts over the phone. You may obtain balances directly from Starline.
