for this program that is debited directly from checking or savings on the
fifth business day of each month.

Benefits package in the mail 4 to 6 weeks after enrollment.

With a one-time reservation processing
fee of $24, you can spend up to three days and two nights at select hotels
in vacation regions across the U.S. Simply activate the benefit via mail,
fax or by going online and request you preferred destination and travel
time. Once you’ve received written confirmation, you’re good to go!
Accommodations are for two adults 21 years of age or older and up to two
children underage 18.
